Introduction
What Artwork is and how these docs are organized
Artwork is a project and event management platform for cultural institutions — theatres, concert halls, museums and festivals. It brings everything around a production into one tool: projects, the room and event calendar, staff scheduling (shift plans), inventory, budgets, contracts and contacts.

Core concepts
| Concept | What it is |
|---|---|
| Project | A production or event series — with its own calendar, budget, team and shifts |
| Event | A single dated entry in a room (performance, rehearsal, setup, blocker…) |
| Shift | A staffing slot attached to an event or a day, filled by your crew |
| Room | A bookable location in your venue, organized into areas |

Recycle bin
Accidentally deleted administrative items can be restored for a limited time in the recycle bin. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
