Changelog

Update March 2026

Shift plan exports as PDF and Excel, document requests in contract management, new calendar exports and many convenience features.

This update brings new exports for the shift plan and calendar, the new "document requests" functionality in contract management, and many convenience features across projects, budget and appointments.

Shift plan

  • Shift plan day view export as PDF: in the project, the shifts component now offers both a PDF export and an Excel export of the project's shifts at the top right. While the PDF export is meant to serve as a printed notice, the Excel export is intended to give an overview of the hours worked on the project, sorted by internal and external.
  • Trades in the shift plan remember their collapsed state per user in the lower area of the shift plan.
  • The history in the shift plan has been reworked: the toolbar has a "History" button that lets you trace all actions in the shift plan.
  • Rework of the day view/project view of the shift plan: extra button for adding a function and optimised column widths.
  • New setting in the shift settings: which appointments should appear in the shift calendar subscription — all shifts or only the locked ones? Configurable at the very bottom of the start page of the shift settings.

Projects and budget

  • Link list as a new component (with display names for links): the link list can now also contain rows without a stored link. You can also build templates for the link list, which you can then load into other projects — these templates only contain the display text and no actual links. In addition, the order of the links can now also be adjusted afterwards via drag and drop.
  • The budget component has received a number of convenience features and has been visually refreshed.
  • Document requests and rework of contract management (filters, Excel export): the contract management page has been reworked, and the completely new "document requests" functionality has been added. There is also the new document component, which you can drag into any tab in the project settings under tab settings. It lets you embed the contract overview and the document request overview for the project. With document requests, you can ask your colleagues to create documents and already provide framework information. You are notified when the document has been created.
  • Extension of the team view: the team view now shows the members in a list instead of the small pictures, so you get an overview of the members more quickly.
  • User tooltips now have a direct link to the profile (if you have the right to view profiles).
  • Drag and drop of main positions and sub-positions in the project budget to arrange their order is now possible.
  • Main category, genre and department can now be specified.

Calendar and appointments

  • Saving PDF export filters: the window for exporting a calendar PDF (top right in the calendar) now also offers saved filters. As soon as you have activated at least one filter, the button "Save current filters as preset" appears. These filters are saved per user, so each person can configure their own export filters.
  • If the appointment list of a project is sorted by day, you can now click the date bubble to jump into the calendar — with the bubble's date as the start date and one week into the future, to quickly get an overview in the calendar.
  • Default start time in the appointment settings under the "Default values" tab: the time entered here is prefilled by default when opening the "Create appointment" window.
  • Templates for timelines with their own new tab in the appointment settings.
  • New display option in the calendar: colour by main category of the project.
  • New calendar export: PDF export monthly overview. This export provides a view of all appointments across a month — condensed information at a glance.

Inventory

  • Filters in the inventory are saved per user so they remain active when you return to the inventory later.

Artist stays

  • New special export in the artist stays component for per diem statements. For this, the tool settings ("Communication & Legal" tab) have been extended so the venue's address header data can be maintained and displayed in generated PDFs.
  • Extension of artist stays (and the Excel and PDF exports) with "breakfast deduction" from daily allowances, with a freely configurable default value in the project settings (at the very bottom).
