Changelog

Version 1.1

Many improvements in the calendar and schedule: saved filters, multi-edit, individual column widths and new display options.

The update was on the test server from 25 February 2025 and was rolled out to the production systems once testing was complete. The focus is on improvements in the calendar and the schedule.

  • The most recently visited project is highlighted separately in the project overview.
  • Calendar filters are now saved.
  • Bug fix for the day view calendar and expanding days.
  • Better display at small calendar zoom levels.
  • Duplicating in the schedule now has its own small window, so you no longer have to scroll.
  • Indicator for day changes in the schedule when sorting by day (shown by a dashed line).
  • Indicator for appointments younger than 5 minutes in the project schedule.
  • New "same day" recurrence for duplicating appointments (in the schedule).
  • Project overview: the pagination page and page size are saved per user, and after deleting a project you stay on the current page.
  • When the schedule of a project is sorted by day, the order of the rooms within a day matches the room order defined in the calendar.
  • Multi-edit in the project schedule.
  • Individual column widths in the schedule (configurable per user).
  • Day view rework: the new calendar settings in the admin menu let you configure whether a time range in the calendar's day view (toggleable in the calendar) should be hidden when no appointment takes place at that time. This saves unnecessary scrolling through times that are never used (e.g. midnight to 8 am). The times are freely configurable but always apply to all users.
  • New filter "Hide empty rooms" in the calendar: when active, only rooms with at least one appointment in the displayed period are shown.
  • "Open in new tab" is once again possible in the project overview via shortcut (Ctrl/Cmd + left click).
  • Rework of the calendar filter window for better clarity.
