Version 1.4
Rework of shift and time management with working time accounts, a new day view in the shift plan and planning appointments.
Published on 25 July 2025. This release fundamentally reworks shift and time management and adds working time accounts, a new day view in the shift plan and planning appointments.
Shift and time management
- Completely reworked shift management: the shift system has been extended with a working time account calculated daily per user. Shifts can now be planned conveniently and staff assigned to them.
- Working time patterns and contract data: the user profile now lets you maintain working time patterns and contract-specific data. This information is taken into account in the automated calculation of the working time account, so overtime and remaining hours can be traced more transparently.
- Automatic working time accounts: with the employment contract stored, the system calculates the hour account automatically, taking vacation, absences and created shifts into account.
- New day view in the shift plan.
- Project mode in the shift plan.
- Dedicated workflow for working time adjustment requests: when there are deviations from the plan, an adjustment of the individual working time can now be requested between planners and workers.
- Individual shift times per user within a shift: every working person within a shift can now, if needed, have individual working times that deviate from the shift.
Miscellaneous
- Mark project as completed: when creating or editing a project, there is the field "Mark as done". If this field is activated, the project disappears from the project searches. This lets you elegantly hide completed projects.
- New feature in the project: in the appointment list, a dedicated toggle now lets you create planning appointments directly — appointments that initially only appear in the planning calendar and can then be requested for confirmation. Once confirmed, they are shown as a fixed appointment in the calendar.
- New functionality for project statuses: in the admin settings, you can configure when creating and editing whether a project status counts as "in planning". If a project moves from a status marked "in planning" to a status that is not, you get the option to request confirmation for all planning appointments of the project at once. The same applies to the reverse change, with the option to convert all appointments of a project into planning appointments.
- Many further small interface improvements with regard to user experience.
