Changelog

Version 1.7.3

Enhanced CRM management, external project teams, bulk moving in the calendar and improved safety when deleting.

This release mainly expands working with CRM contacts and their use in projects. It also makes workflows in the calendar, checklists and settings clearer and safer.

New features

  • Detect and merge CRM duplicates: In the contact list, you can find and merge duplicates of the same contact type based on name or email address. Empty values as well as project links, stays and access permissions are retained; duplicate contacts are moved to the recycle bin.

  • CRM recycle bin: You can view, restore or permanently delete deleted contacts in the CRM recycle bin. Multiple contacts can be deleted at once, and CRM managers can empty the recycle bin completely.

  • Flexible CRM import: During import, you can identify existing contacts by name or assigned fields, skip them or update them. The result distinguishes between newly created contacts, updated contacts and contacts skipped due to duplicates; missing contact types can be created directly during import.

  • Manage contact types and fields in the CRM: When creating and editing contact types, you can configure property groups and fields directly. You can define required fields, list display, filterability and the order of contact types, groups and fields.

  • Change contact type and manage profile pictures: You can move unlinked CRM contacts to another contact type and upload or change profile pictures directly in the contact view. Before changing the type, you can see which values cannot be transferred to the new type.

  • Enhanced CRM contact list: Contacts can be searched, filtered and sorted by name, visible properties and creation date. You can select contacts page by page and delete them in bulk; the export can use the current search and filters.

  • CRM contacts in the project team: If the feature is enabled in the project settings, you can add CRM contacts as external team members to projects and assign them project roles. They appear in the project team and in project exports with their contact type indicated.

  • Move multiple appointments in the calendar: You can move several selected appointments together to a day and room cell. Times and duration are retained; multi-day appointments and associated shifts are moved accordingly.

  • Person assignment in checklist templates: Checklist templates can now include users who are automatically assigned tasks when applied. People who are not yet part of the project are added as project members.

Improvements

  • Clearer CRM contact entry: When creating and editing contacts, fields are organised by property groups, required fields are clearly marked and stored help texts are available directly on the field. Contact information can be displayed as a short profile with an avatar, contact type and visible communication details.

  • Better display of CRM project links: In the contact view, you can see whether a project link exists through an artist assignment, the external project team or a stay. Roles and stay periods are displayed; linked user accounts include a link to the original profile.

  • Read-only mirrored contacts: Contacts from user, freelancer and service provider profiles can no longer be edited directly in the CRM. A link takes you to the relevant original profile, where you can change the data.

  • Clearer setup of confidential CRM groups: The settings explain more clearly that external access can never view confidential property groups and that viewing and editing permissions are assigned separately.

  • More readable room names in the calendar: Long room names are wrapped onto up to two lines in the header. If a name is still shortened, you can see it in full when hovering over it.

Bug fixes

  • Budget values from sub-projects: German-formatted amounts such as 1.234,56 euros are processed correctly in totals from sub-projects. Invalid entries no longer interrupt the calculation.

  • Safe deletion of settings and data: Confirmation is now required before deleting project roles, shift templates and shift warning rules. When deleting an inventory subcategory, the confirmation indicates that the items it contains will also be deleted.

  • Project roles for external team members: When a project role is deleted, it is also removed from assigned external CRM team members.
